We don’t have time for delusions of grandeur or hierarchical structures. Everyone working at The California Company is expected to muck in and learn all aspects of the business. Everyone has their area of expertise be it Chrissie on shutters, Jean on blinds or Mark on doors. However most importantly, everyone that contacts us, be it via phone or email will be willing and able to assist our customers. They may not know the immediate answer right away but will take full ownership of the question and find the solution.
Our office and warehouse environment is friendly, fast paced and fun. Everyone works extremely hard to sell and design great quality shutters, doors and blinds – all delivered with great helpings of fantastic customer care.

Customer Care Team - Full Time
The California Company is looking for a dynamic, hard working and switched on person to join our expanding team. Working full time Monday – Friday you will be part of a thriving office selling high quality wooden plantation shutters, folding sliding aluminium doors and wooden blinds. Assisting customers via email and telephone, you will have an intrinsic desire to help our customers with all aspects of their product purchase and any related after sales support.
Having a good eye for detail and an interest in design, you would help customers through the shutters, doors and blinds ordering process. While full training will be given, sound computer skills are required to help convey to customers via email the optimum design for their home.
