Temporary Blinds New Design Launched By California Blinds Co

Temporary Blinds have been sold by The California Blinds Company for several years and have grown considerably in popularity. Today, Temporary Blinds are even easier to operate and install thanks to a new design.

Temporary Blinds (also known as stick on blinds, temp shades or temp blinds) are designed to be a cost effective and quick way to get coverage on your windows. These blinds require no drilling or hard work to install but give instant coverage. Unlike some other temporary blinds products that have been launched in the UK, California Company Temporary Blinds are made from a quality vinyl as opposed to paper temporary blinds which do not have the same lifespan or strength as vinyl temp blinds. Also, they feature a string and toggle system which allows the temporary shade to be raised and lowered exceptionally easily versus paper blinds which have a clip to hold the blinds in place. The blinds have to be manually raised and folder and then help in place using a clip, while California Co temporary blinds are operated simply by pushed the toggle and raising the blind to the required point.

Available in 2 sizes, California Co Temporary Blinds have until now had a wooden bottom rail which was cut to size. How, in the interests of sustainability the rail is made using a recycled plastic which is very strong and light. Additionally the temporary blinds design has been changed, reducing the strings and toggle system from two per blind to one. This sees the string and toggle centrally located on the blind, meaning you can now just press one toggle to raise or lower the blind to exactly the right location.

Vinyl Temporary Blinds are available from The California Company and can be purchased in 2 sizes - either 900mm wide or 1220mm wide. The Temporary Shades are then cut to size to fit onto your window. They are self adhesive and can be stuck onto the window glass which will hold the temporary blinds in place. When removing the blinds, simply peel the blinds away from the glass.
