I wanted to write to say thanks so much for my new shutters. They look much better than I thought they would and I can't thank you enough. If I'm honest I went with California Shutters as I couldn't afford the price I had from XXXXXXX Shutters in London who quoted to install MDF shutters. These MDF shutters were more expensive than you quoted for proper wooden shutters and I went with you.

However while they were cheap shutters to buy they are amazing. They're much better then the MDF shutters I saw from the other company which looked like plastic.

These shutters arrived a week or so ago but I only managed to put them up today due to building works!  I just wanted to say how thrilled I am with them.  I was really quite nervous about ordering them with no real knowledge of the quality that they would be but my gloucestershire shutters are really terrific.
In the next few days I shall be measuring our sitting room windows to order diy shutters for them too.

I wanted to thank you for delivering such a great quality product.  The shutters I ordered are of a very high quality and were delivered within 7weeks.  Your online ordering service is very user friendly and you even telephoned me to check my measurements and confirm my order.  My house is old and doesn't contain any right angles, yet your shutters had enough tolerance in them to neatly fit the window frame.  I am delighted with the finish, thank you.

I got a price for my wooden blinds from John Lewis and went online to see if I could find anything cheaper. I ordered 5 Malibu blinds in white and cannot tell you how impressed I am with the quality of these blinds! They are definitely better than the quality I saw in John Lewis and were so easy to install. I’m so glad I found your site.

Thanks for the e-mail regarding your products. The shutters that we purchased from you were everthing you said they were. The shutters we ordered came flat packed and were very easy to assemble, fitting was easy to. I would also like to complement you on your web site, which was very easy to view and showed all the different combinations to fit into every situation.
