How To Measure For Wood Blinds An Angled Bay Window or A Box Bay Window
Before you start:

Do you need your blinds to fit in a bay window? Then ensure you are reading the correct measure guide for your bay window type Use a steel tape measure
Angled Bay Window
- Determine the depth of the blind box you will receive from us.
- 25mm wood slats = 40mm depth = choose SMALL template
- 35mm wood slats = 50mm depth = choose MEDIUM template
- 50mm wood slats = 80mm depth =choose LARGE template
- 65mm wood slats= 80mm depth = choose LARGE template Print the correct templates and remember to set page scaling to NONE on your printer, this ensures the templates are printed to the correct size.
- Using 2 templates per window, position them as illustrated below. This ensures that your bay blinds will fit within the angled corners.
- Measure for each width as per the red line. Measure the drop from top to bottom. The height you give us will include the blind box at the top.
- Order your bay blinds as BAY FIT. This ensures that we make the correct deductions to allow the blinds to fit and operate smoothly when installed in the bay.
- There may be occasions when you need to follow the EXACT Size Measure guide.This will be the correct guide for you if you have plenty of space between each window in the bay. If you are unsure speak to our team !

Box Bay Window:
- Decide on your preferred design layout. See illustrations below for 3 options.
- Select the correct size templates for your blinds.
- Using 2 templates per window, position them as illustrated for your chosen design layout.
- Measure each width as per the red line and measure the height from top to bottom.
- Order your bay blinds as a BAY FIT. This ensures that we make the correct deductions to allow the blinds to fit and operate smoothly when installed in the bay
