Alpine White Blinds from Shutter Style Blind Collection

Many people have or would love to have shutters installed in their homes however occasionally it is not possible to install shutters due to the practicality of them or perhaps to budgetary constraints… This is where our Shutteresque Collection comes into its own. If you love the look of shutters but cannot have them fitted for whatever reason then look no further! These Alpine White shutter blinds have a similar elliptical shape to a shutter slat and are 65mm wide, again to match the most popular shutter slat size. They are custom made to an extremely high standard and offer complete privacy when the slats are closed.

The shutter blind shown here in Alpine White clearly shows how the 65mm made to measure blind slats is elliptical in shape, the slat curves in the same way most shutters to, giving a streamlined looking blind slat allowing the white shutter blind slats to lay against each other sitting beautifully when you tilt the blind slats closed.

Our Shutteresque Collection of blinds is supplied with matching cord ladders. Tapes are not available as these shutter blinds have no holes in the slats. This blind is shown with a bullet shaped matte nickel toggle instead of the regular wood one to match the white shutter blinds. This is an optionsl extra and there are a variety of these toggles to choose from.
 
The Shuttersque Collection is our premium range of made to measure blinds. They have extra strength controls and mechanisms and are recommended for areas where you would perhaps want a wider or longer blind.

The blind shown was ordered by a customer in Cheltenham Gloucester, an area best known to most of us for its famous racecourse. The customer wanted her made to measure blinds to work with her familys lifestyle, white blinds, no fuss, simple, perfect for bright sunny days, blocking out harsh rays of sunlight at certain times of the day. The blinds work brilliantly for this family in Cheltenham and replacing their long, draping curtains means that their cat no longer has a curtain shaped scratching post!
