Bedroom Shutters
It's hard to believe that these beautiful bedroom shutters were installed by a DIY enthusiast but they were....... Our detailed measuring guide helped this customer and he was delighted to send this photo of the finished product!
This wide bay window has 3 sections and they are fitted with tier on tier plantation shutters in white painted wood(poplar hardwood). The slats are 64mm wide and they have regular pushrods. Each of the side sections has 4 shutter panels bi-folding back and the middle section is divided into 3 so that the panel sizes are similar to the side sections.
Tier on tier plantation shutters allow the top level of shutters to moved away from the window to allow lots of light into the room whilst the bottom shutter panels can be kept at the window with the slats closed to maintain privacy.
To maintain the sumptuous feel of this bedroom the curtains have been kept but if you like the look of the room just remember that DIY shutters installation can give you these results!
