Matching Shutter Panels

These plantation shutters have been designed to match perfectly the breaks in the window of this Edwardian house. The full height shutter panels mirror the breaks in the top section of the window panels and the midrail is at the same height as the horizontal window transom. When looking out of the window, all of the internal framing of it is covered by the framing on the plantation shutters and when looking in from the outside, only shutter slats are visible.

These full height plantation shutters have 64mm slats with regular pushrods and are finished in Alabaster. The shutter slats have been adjusted to allow maximum light into the room but as you can see, the interior of the room is sheltered from prying eyes. This offers a much better alternative than curtains for anyone living on a busy street.
