Shutters for Childs Room
These white wooden plantation shutters in a childs bedroom in Exeter are perfect for the job. This child has asthma and her parents were told to remove as much of the dust collecting fabric and carpet as she could. With the plantation shutters installed by a DIY enthusiast dad it has made a tremendous difference to her condition!
The shutters are full height with mid rails and regular push rods. The mid rails allow the bottom slats to be closed and the top ones to be left open to make the most of the light and still have privacy in the room when necessary. They are white with 89mm slats and white hinges. They are easy to install, easy to maintain and loved by virtually everyone who sees them.
The shutters are installed inside the recess up tight to the window. To measure for this or any other type of window please see our shutter measuring guide
