Tier on Tier White Shutters

A design classic, tier on tier shutters are a very popular choice with California Company customers looking for light control and privacy flexibility. Tier on Tier shutters (also known as double hung shutters) allow the bottom panels to be left in postion but the upper panels opened separately from the lower panels. This photo shows the top section of shutter panels being opened back on a bay window, while the lower shuters are left in position with the shutter slats at a slight angle giving privacy but still allowing light to filter through the slats.

The slats in this photo are 64mm with regular push rods, installed with a 4031 outside mounted frame.
