White Bedroom Shutters

Shutters can be mounted either tight inside the window recess, close to the window, or towards the front of the recess. In this photo the shutters are mounted right inside the window recess close to the window. This design is generally best suited when you do not wish to open the shutter panels regularly but instead prefer to have the wooden shutter panels closed over, with the slats tilted open more regularly. You can see in this image that the shutter panels protrude into the room as they will only open to a 90 degree angle.
