Our windows being old bays, with out of square window sections, and handles which protrude quite a distance from the actual window frame. The initial prospect of sourcing and fitting plantation shutters was a daunting task.

The sales team provided relevant technical advise when measuring, they went out of their way to provide samples and instructions to ensure that even the most difficult joins and measurements were a breeze.
There was absolutely no pressure to buy my online window shutters until I was completely satisfied - unlike many other National companies I enquired with. The team were completely flexible to satisfy my requirements to the point that I was supplied with a bespoke shutter frame size - at no extra cost!
The date given from order was 100% accurate, each bespoke shutter panel and frame arrived individually wrapped and boxed ensuring pristine condition. Tools were provided and instructions supplied to ensure easy installation, and even trim supplied in a matching colour as my painted shutters to hide any nasty gaps as a result of my out of square windows.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company - service throughout was top notch, as is their product. Don't be fooled by other companies charging premium prices for the same product.
