Mette contacted The California Company for our california shutters after being referred by our sister company. Mette discoverd shutters in Magazines like Living Etc, and from friends who had shutters.

Interior shutters seemed like a stylish yet practical solution for my ensuite bathroom I only had 1 small window so shutterly fabulous recommended the DIY supply only side of the shutter company as this was a very cost effective way of getting the same shutters.  I originally had concerns as my window was not square, and there was a large handle on the window cross bar, I was concerned this would hit the slats when I opened them.

The measure guide was very helpful but the call that you get from the team once you place the order for your shutters is just brilliant, they check everything with you before it gets made and they allow you to make any last minute change before it goes into production.

I wanted a neutral colour for my ensuite shutters that would not date. The team at The California Company really assisted by sending me great photos of other bathroom shutters they supplied, they were really inspirational and gave me the chance to see how the finished window would look.

Their expertise on how to achieve a good design is helpful but more importantly checking that you have measured correctly is so appreciated . If my husband and I can do this then anyone can as were not big into DIY but this was really manageable, thank you.
