Shutters Give Kent Bedroom the Finishing Touch

A plain blackout rooler blind left Alan's room wanting and internal shutters proved just the solution to spruce up the decor of the room. As Alan tells us....

"I found internal shutters when looking online for companies who sold exterior shutters. I was looking for something to make the window in our Dartford bedroom look better and had thought of external shutters which could close. During my searching of the internet, I came across your company and the internal shutters that you sold and felt these would be just the solution.

We are used to wooden venetian type blinds which we have throught the rest of our home in Dartford, but for this room they just would not have looked right. I seached for shutters and plantation shutters on google and this was how I ended up finding The California Company.

When I had decided that I wanted these interior shutters for our bedroom, it had not occurrd to me that installing DIY shutters would be an option. However, not only was it an option, it was actually very easy!

Having installed my interior shutters, I feel that shutters were the perfect solution. The desing I went for was chosen to blend in with the window framing and the number of panels I think was the best design for this window.
