White Wooden Blinds Sussex

I had been uhmmming and ahhhing about what window coverings to get for some time for my Sussex house which I have been renovating for far far too long! There are so many shutter and blind companies around I spent quite a while doing research into them, having decided that wooden blinds were my best option at my budget.

After some looking around websites it was clear from the feedback on the California company site that I was buying from the right place. There were lots of other real stories form customers and the measuring guide I downloaded was easy to follow. I had thought about curtains for a while but having recessed bay windows would have meant draping curtains around and I wasn't sure if it might look a bit untidy, so I eventually opted for the white solid wooden blinds from the Beverly Hills range. I chose these as they are the thickest blinds sold by the California Company and would suit the space. In fact the slats are the nicest I have seen anywhere and look amazing in the woody flesh.

Well, I waited for them to turn up - which wasn't long, booked half a day off work to get my new blinds fitted. Installing the blinds went smoothly. They were nicely marked and packed and I had downloaded fitting instructions. In the bathroom I decided on the waterproof blinds as the window is near the bath. These looked pretty much as close to perfect as I imagined, and being waterproof blinds rather than real wood did not detract from the style at all so I was really pleased. Anyway, the long and short of it is that it didn't take long to install these blinds. They look 100 times better than I thought and they were none too expensive either. Really really nice - I don't know why I didn't get them before...
