Temporary blinds (or vinyl blinds which you stick on) from The California Company are a fantastic innovation in window treatments. Designed as a temporary window covering, these vinyl blinds take a matter of minutes to install and make no mess or holes when removed.

Our Quick Fix blinds are now available to buy in 2 finishes, and two sizes, and our temporary blinds can be trimmed using a pair of scissors or a Stanley knife allowing the temporary shade to fit exactly the size of your window. Have a larger window than our standard size? Buy 2 or 3 to fit your width of your window.

The standard size temporary blind can be cut from 915mm width down to a minimum width of 600mm.

The large size temporary blind can be cut from 1220mm down to a miniumum width of 760mm.

The privacy blind is pure white in colour and made from a thin vinyl. It will give you complete privacy but will not darken the room.
The room darkening blind is light grey in colour and made from a thicker vinyl. This offers better room darkening. Choose this temporary blind if you need privacy and a darker room.

• Measuring your window couldn’t be simpler! Just measure the area you would like to cover across and down. Our temporary blinds come in 2 sizes – 1220mm or 915mm wide, both with a drop of 1900mm. The blinds can be cut down to make them narrower and you can use as many blinds as needed to cover the width and height of the area you need to cover. The large size temporary blind can be cut down to a minimum width of 760mm. The standard size temporary blind can be cut down to a minium of 600mm width.

• Peel off the tape from the top of the blind
• Press the self adhesive top section of the blind to your window
• That’s it! Your temporary blinds are installed and ready to use.

Made from high quality vinyl, these stick on blinds are unique in that they can be raised and lowered easily, thanks to the ‘string and toggle’ system. Just hold the toggle, push the blind up, release the toggle and that’s it! The blind will stay exactly in your desired position. In the evening, simply press the toggle and blind lowers easily.

Temporary blinds can either be placed onto your glass or onto your aluminium or uPVC window frame directly. For wooden framed and painted windows, we suggest placing the stick on blinds onto the glass to avoid the chance of any paint displacement when removing the blind. The vinyl shades are snow white or light grey in colour to ensure a neutral finish for your room. The blinds while not blackout, are room darkening but most importantly will stop nosy passers by looking straight into your windows.
