These pleated shades are made from a high quality vinyl that can be raised or lowered, in much the same way as you would operate a Venetian blind.
Here's how to put them up…

1) Place the blind up to the window and if needed cut the width of the blind with a pair of sharp scissors. (Depending on how sharp your scissors are, you might need a stanley knife to trim the weighted batten along the bottom of your blind)

2) Peel off the strip on the top of the blind and stick the blind onto your window.  It is advisable to place onto the glass rather than onto paint as when the blind is removed it may take some of the paint off as well.

If you have dividing bars, e.g Georgian windows, cut and place a small piece of paper to the sticky part that will correspond to the bars so that when the blind is placed onto your window it will not stick to the paint work.

If you have PVC windows you can stick the blind onto the plastic.

3) Adjust the blinds, up or down, using the easy toggle adjuster.

That's it!
When it's time to take the blinds down they are easy to remove and can be moved to another room, saved for the next decorating project or simply thrown away.
