Wood blinds remain a fabulously popular window covering choice. They offer style and sophistication to any room and give great flexibility – pull the blinds up to let light flood in, or lower the blinds and tilt the slats for intimate privacy.
When deciding where to buy your wood blinds, always make sure
1) The blind is made to measure – stock sized blinds will look amateurish and ‘cheap’ if they don’t fit properly inside the window recess.
2) Make sure the wood used on your blinds is properly stained or painted and coated in a UV protective lacquer. Many wood blinds you can buy on other sites use ink instead of true wood stain. Ink will fade over time.

These blinds really do represent fantastic value for money for such a high quality wood blind. We manufacture these blinds at our facility in California and the blinds are made using the highest quality materials and components.
The Beverly Hills blind is a very unique product in the UK. The blind uses a curved aerofoil shaped slat, very similar to that which you would see on a plantation shutter. The slat size is 64mm (2 ½”) which means that when tilted at the open position you have an exceptionally clear view through the blind. In addition there are no holes through the slats, linking the slats together. This wood blind uses a patented string loop system, meaning when the blind is closed, you have complete privacy.
The Malibu wood blind range offers a vast array of contemporary stains and Farrow & Ball inspired paint finishes. Available only with a 50mm (2”) slat option, the blinds can also be ordered with a choice of tape colours or regular strings. |
When ordering either the Beverly Hills and Malibu range you can specify where you would like the pull and tilt control options located.
Wood Blind Installation
All our blinds are delivered well packaged and ready to install. We supply full fitting instructions and all wooden blinds come with all brackets and screws – making installation exceptionally simple!
