The awards are now in its sixth year and recognise and celebrate the achievements of small businesses from all over the country.

From Thursday 19th August, the O2 X Awards are asking people from across the UK to vote for who they most want to see go through to the grand final of this year’s O2 X Awards – and we’d like to be there.

We’ve worked tirelessly for the last seven years to push the boundaries of the UK shutter market, investing in new technology and product innovation to retain our pole position as the number one online shutter retailer and ensure that our customers receive excellent service, care and support throughout the ordering and installation processes, and unrivalled value for money.

• We were the first dedicated online shutter retailer – this had never been done before in the UK
• FSC Certification – we’re the only online shutter retailer to sell shutters with the full certification, meaning that all our wooden plantation shutter products are made from sustainable resources, so are kind to the environment
• Our number one focus is our customer - we’ve expended considerable time and energy on developing our website to ensure that your journey is a smooth and enjoyable one. We’ve received wonderful feedback from our customers and we take on board all comments
• Investing in new technology has been key – our fourth generation site is a more interactive and visual experience compared to our first website. This enables customers to see clearly the design options they are choosing and how these would look on their windows
• Other key online tools we’ve developed - to help with measuring, customers can also email the expert design team with images of their windows; the team will then highlight on the images where customers should measure to get the best possible fit.
• We’ve kept our low prices low and our shutters are amongst the most affordable on the market
• Our online shutter partnership with B&Q is a first for the UK shutter market.
